Hi,
I 'm usually working with a "live" database on a webserver, and a "test" server where I've developing new features or debugging; occasionally syncing my changes, whether structural or data. I'm always terrified that one day I'll lose concentration and forget which is which.
Have you considered adding the ability to apply a colour to a connection? Such that I could specify say light blue for my test connections and pink to my live?

Which window would you like to be colored?

Ritesh,
I suppose at least the Left Hand Database-Table-Tree View.
When doing the Power Tools- Database Sync to colour the source & targets.
Export Tables as Scripts Window.

Hi,
Anyone else like to "vote" for some way (eg colour) to distinguish Connections?

Not necessarily the whole window should be coloured, but a better distinction between differenc connections is welcome!

I'd accept that!

Hi,
And what about possibility of changing colour of the window background (Query window, Result Window)?
They are white and it makes my eyes tired especially when I work on night shift.
It would be very nice to be able to change these windows background colour (unfortunately, Tools->Preferences->Editor offers possibility of changing only the font colour :-(
I tried a workaround and I changed my Windows colour settings (Windows 2000).
Object Browser's window background colour changed accordingly (which is great!) BUT surprisingly, unfortunately Query and Result windows remained unchanged - white.
I think it would be great if Query and Result windows changed their colours when user changes his/her operating system colours setting, i.e. if Query and Result windows colours changed like Object Browser colour does.
Anyway, it is my 1st post here and I must add that SQLyog is a Great Tool!!!
Thanks.

We have discussed some stuff like that. Also a high contrasty visual 'theme/skin' for visually impaired people, an option to provide icons in different sizes etc.
But priorities are that it will earliest be next summer we start such things.
