I am the web developer in our IT dept at work. The Enterprise license my company bought was purchased by our Purchasing department. Is there a way to change the email address used by that person to my Director's email address or even a generic email address so my department can have control of the downloads instead of our purchasing department?

If the email address we have registered is still available for you, you can do everything yourself.
Just log on to our Customer Portal at
http:/www.webyog.com/CustomerArea
.. and edit details

If it is not available we will have to update the database manually.
