I wish to edit the actual bookmarks, to change it ... now I cannot. Sometimes is better to have it editable.

If I understand you want to keep the actual name of a favorite and change the content (the SQL)? correct?
If so just open it into the editor and edit and next save/replace.
Alternatively you can open the file (the are in ApplicationData folder) and edit them.

Yes, is OK, I find it, but then maybe an export Favorites in a ZIP file, cause if I reinstall the system, I can lose the data.

Favorites can be two different types actually:
1) files containing a SQL statement
2) files containing a file:// -protocol link to other files. This may be files on local system or a mapped network drive.
It is simple to copy/backup/zip the 'favorites' folder (you can easily do yourself), but you will still only get the statements for the first category. To create a backup of both types of favorites that is *restorable* is not simple and also with 2nd category of favorites you may experience that that network drive is not available at the time of backup.
Please try to locate the 'favorites' folder in application data\user\sqlyog folder and you will see ..

I already done it, I hope I will not forget to save in on a restore HDD.
Also maybe export Connections and a Duplicate Connection will be welcome.

1) to backup connections (and other settings) just backup the sqlyog.ini file
2) to 'clone' a connection is a good idea! We could implement in the dialogue behind the '...' button to either 'overwrite' or 'create new' .
