As a registered customer I would like to ask for some added functionality in your software. It would be very beneficial to my work.

1. A feature to export only selected (checked) rows of the result (Toolbar icon 'Export as...').
2. Export (CSV/HTML/SQL/...) to screen only, without saving to disk or saving to a temporary file (for Copy and Paste)

1) I think that can be done with CSV rather easily. Not so sure about other options (SQL in particular) - we will need to look into the code!

2) with 'Export (CSV/HTML/SQL/...) to screen only' to you figure that an Editor tab should be opened and the result inserted here? I cannot think of any other program object that can handle such data!


We will return to this request when 7.1 final is released. But please detail as much as possible - in particular this 'to screen only'!

ad 1) I do not know , either in CSV . My idea is :
- in 'Export As' panel , just add checkbox "Only selected rows" or radio button ("All rows / Selected rows") . And exporting will take care just for selected number of rows, whatever export format is.

ad 2) Yes exactly.

My inspiration comes from export features in 'myPhpAdmin' application.
