Connect, Disconnect menu buttons missing in v3.61 Missing Buttons

The Connect and Disconnect and Connections Manager buttons are missing in v3.61.
The SQLyog.ini file does not get saved consistently and the settings arbitrarily change especially for FESCAPE parameter.

From where? I have connect and disconnect items in the File menu. Whenever I start a new connection, I get a dialog window with all the appropriate options.

They have been removed from the toolbar. The options are present in the File menu.
